4.2 Your Photos
What we store:

- EXIF data (technical camera information)
Why we need it: To show you your gallery and organize photos
Where it's stored: Amazon Web Services (AWS)

4.4 Technical Data
Session Cookies (Necessary):
- Login cookies (so you stay logged in) - Required for the website to function
- Access-control cookies (to grant temporary access to protected galleries and images) - Required for the website to function
- Cookie consent preferences - Required to remember your cookie choices
CDN delivery data: When images are delivered via our CDN, technical request data (for example IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, and requested file path) may be processed and stored in logs/metrics for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring.
Website and Product Analysis (Analytics - Requires Consent):
- Usage data (PostHog): We track which features you use (e.g., creating galleries) to improve Glassline. When logged in, this is linked to your account. This only runs if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Technical information: Browser, device type, and approximate location (only with analytics consent).
Error Tracking (Functional - Consent-Based):
- Error reports (Sentry): To help us fix bugs, we automatically capture error information via Sentry. By default, errors are tracked anonymously (without personally identifiable information). If you consent to functional cookies, we can collect additional context (like user information and session replays) to better diagnose issues.
Why we need it: To improve Glassline and find errors
Where it's stored: EU servers (Vercel and Sentry's EU data center)
How long: 30 days
🔒 Your privacy: You can control which cookies we use through the cookie settings. Necessary cookies are always required, but you can opt out of analytics and functional cookies. Sentry always tracks errors anonymously; functional consent only enables additional diagnostic information.

Why it helps: To make Glassline even better
